Addepar wanted to help their users better understand and utilize their product without putting a burden on training staff. The goal was to educate clients in a way that’s engaging and will allow them to get the most out of Addepar.

Our Strategy

Motion Design System

We created a script structure that allowed us to predictably produce content with custom templates and a library of animated assets.

Results

The current satisfaction score is 4.27 on a 5-point scale, based upon feedback from 327 clients. Since inception, 2,440 clients registered for at least one course.

Industry averages for course completion are 15-20%, while Addepar maintains completion scores of 45%.
